EPISODE CONTEXT
Just four episodes in, the series is still firmly in its introductory phase, establishing its monster-of-the-week rhythm and introducing Nube's protective dynamic with his students. This episode follows an installment centered on a disruptive, talkative yokai and marks a shift toward water-based folklore with the kappa's appearance.
