EPISODE CONTEXT
Coming off Amano's involvement in a club singing contest, this episode deliberately steps outside the school setting to expand her world and deepen her characterization. At episode nine of thirteen, the season is entering its final stretch, and this quieter installment appears to serve as a bridge — grounding Amano's personal growth before the introduction of the 'Lucky Three' in the following episode, where she and her childhood friends take on more direct roles in the fight against misfortune.
