EPISODE CONTEXT
Directly following 'Hunter's Soul,' which intensified the pursuit of the wolf Retar and deepened the conflict with Nihei, episode 7 brings that particular storyline to a head at the season's midpoint. This is a pivotal resolution episode that closes out one of the first season's most compelling confrontations while reshaping character relationships heading into the back half.
