EPISODE CONTEXT
At episode 11 of 13, the series is deep in its final stretch, well past setup and into consequence. The preceding episode, 'The Men Women Don't See,' pushed into the ideological fault lines at Geneshaft's core, and this episode appears to answer those tensions with a more personal, character-driven trial. It directly bridges into episode 12, 'The Gentle Man of Ganymede,' suggesting the stage is being set for the final confrontations and resolutions of the closing two episodes.
