EPISODE CONTEXT
Coming off Souma's provocative entrance ceremony speech in Episode 2 that painted a target on his back, Episode 3 shifts from spectacle to substance by testing whether he can actually survive Tootsuki's brutal academic standards. This is the first real classroom challenge of the season and introduces Megumi as a key companion, establishing a partnership dynamic that carries significant weight going forward.
