That's the setup for Flipper, a music video from studio monofilmo produced for ROF-MAO's song of the same name — and yes, it's a single episode, but that's kind of the point. This isn't a story you sit down and marathon; it's closer to a short film built around sound and visuals working together. The animation drops you into a futuristic cityscape that bleeds into surreal, dream-like sequences as Kai pushes deeper into the music. There's no heavy plot to follow — it's more experiential than narrative. If you've ever watched Interstella 5555 and appreciated how a visual story can carry a whole album without dialogue, this sits in that same space.
