EPISODE CONTEXT
Sitting at the midpoint of Fairy Tail's second series, this filler episode continues a short standalone arc that began with Natsu discovering the mysterious creature Kemokemo in the previous episode. It deepens the island mystery without touching the main canon storyline, and leads directly into 'Lightning Man,' which transitions the guild back toward new mainline challenges.
