EPISODE CONTEXT
Coming directly off Episode 35's 'To The Sealed Land,' which pushed the protagonists toward a direct confrontation with Cendrillon, this episode pivots to deliver the backstory and character depth needed to make that climax meaningful. Souta's family history and Trude's identity revelation provide the emotional scaffolding for everything that follows. Sitting at Episode 36 of 39, this is the final piece of setup before the endgame begins.
