EPISODE CONTEXT
Sitting at the midpoint of the Kyoshin Poseidons match, this episode follows 'Promise on the Field!' where the Devil Bats clawed back into contention, and directly precedes 'Terror! Moby Dick Anchor' which introduces new tactical escalations. As a filler episode, it extends the game beyond its manga source material, but serves as an emotional bridge between the comeback momentum and the strategic curveballs still to come.
