📖 SYNOPSIS

"Drill" centers on the filming of the entrance to a company dormitory. The filmmaker, residing within the dormitory, uses a single pillar as the focal point of the film. The core of the animation involves warping the spaces to the left and right of this pillar, creating an unstable environment reminiscent of anamorphosis, a technique often used in painting. The film's creation relies on a large number of photographs, similar to the filmmaker's previous works, "SPACY" and "BOX." Despite the visual distortion and the unsettling nature of the manipulated space, the film concludes with a violent movement. However, this final act is presented in a manner that is ultimately poetic.
