EPISODE CONTEXT
Deep in the Buu Saga's climax, this episode follows the desperate final strategy to defeat Kid Buu after conventional fighting has reached its limits. It builds directly on the setup of the Spirit Bomb as the last resort and the challenge of gathering enough energy to make it work. What happens here feeds directly into the saga's endgame, with only six episodes remaining to wrap up both the Buu conflict and the entire Dragon Ball Z series.
