📖 SYNOPSIS
"Donten: Laughing Under the Clouds - Gaiden: Chapter 1 - One Year After the Battle" begins a film trilogy based on the spinoff manga. The story is set one year after the decisive battle against the Orochi. Tenka Kumou, now paralyzed from the waist down, has retreated into isolation. While some members of the original group have remained together, Tenka's brothers, Sousei and Kiiko, are determined to bridge the gap and reconnect with him. As they try to understand his current state, they begin to uncover hidden details and secrets from Tenka's past, hinting at the events that shaped him. The film explores themes of brotherhood, recovery, and the lingering effects of conflict.
