📖 SYNOPSIS
"Dash! Kappei" follows the adventures of Kappei, a remarkably short individual who excels in every sport imaginable. He resides as a guest in the home of the sweet Akane, for whom he harbors romantic feelings. However, his pursuit of Akane is complicated by Salomone, her dog, who acts as a rival, constantly devising evil schemes to hinder Kappei. Interestingly, Salomone also serves a practical purpose, explaining the rules of each sport whenever a new one is introduced. Adding another layer to Kappei's character, he has a strong fondness for white female underwear and frequently attempts to lift girls' skirts. The series blends sports action, romantic pursuit, and comedic elements.
