EPISODE CONTEXT
Sitting at the exact halfway mark of the 26-episode run, episode 12 pivots away from the Organization-focused conflicts of the preceding arc and throws Clare into a far more personal and immediate danger with the introduction of Ophelia. This is the opening half of a two-part story that deepens the series' exploration of what separates Claymores from the monsters they hunt, setting the stage for escalating internal threats that will define the back half of the season.
