EPISODE CONTEXT
After episodes 1-3 established Rin's demonic heritage and his tense dynamic with Yukio at True Cross Academy, episode 4 pivots to expanding the supporting cast by bringing Shiemi into the fold. This is an early-season character-building episode that deepens the show's emotional foundation before the larger supernatural conflicts escalate.
