Aspiring pro Blader Bird Kazami teams up with the legendary Kamen X to conquer the X Tower through intense, super-accelerated Beyblade battles in a new era.

📖 SYNOPSIS

Fresh off his arrival in X City, Robin Kazami is ready to go pro as a Blader, and almost immediately watches his team fall apart after a brutal loss. Not exactly the dream start. But then he crosses paths with Jaxon Cross — a former champion now battling under the mysterious alias 'Blader X' — and things start clicking. They link up with Multi Nana-iro, a popular influencer who can actually back up her online persona with real skill, and together they form Team Persona. Their goal: climb all one hundred floors of X Tower, the massive twin-skyscraper headquarters where professional Beybattles go down, and eventually face Team Pendragon, the reigning champs waiting at the top. The setup is straightforward tournament-climbing stuff, but the execution is where Beyblade X earns its spot. OLM went hard on the animation — battles have real weight and fluid motion that older entries in the franchise never had. There's also a power system tied to each Blader's unique abilities that gives the matches genuine strategic tension instead of just spinning tops crashing into each other. The soundtrack leans into contemporary beats that pair well with the fast pacing. If you grew up with Beyblade Burst or spent afternoons watching Yu-Gi-Oh and Bakugan Battle Brawlers, this is that same energy modernized with cleaner visuals and tighter storytelling. It knows exactly what it wants to be and commits to it.

✨ MUST WATCH IF...

You want a sports anime with realistic Beyblade battles — no supernatural powers or magic spirits
Bird Kazami's underdog climb through X Tower's 100-floor ranking system sounds appealing to you
Positive themes like strategy, perseverance, and learning from losses hit the right spot for you
You're new to Beyblade and want a fresh entry point — no prior series knowledge needed

❌ SKIP IF...

You loved older Beyblade series' depth — this one's narrative feels noticeably thinner by comparison
Overt toy-line promotion bugs you — the show leans hard into advertising the actual products
OLM's use of AI-generated art in the ending theme is a dealbreaker for you
