EPISODE CONTEXT
After the premiere established Eden Hall and Ryuu Sasakura's empathetic bartending philosophy, this second episode shifts focus to a patron's personal story — setting the episodic template the remaining nine episodes will follow. Each guest brings a different emotional burden to the bar, and 'Menu of the Heart' is the first true execution of that recurring structure. It effectively signals what kind of series Bartender intends to be: a character-driven anthology threaded together by Ryuu's quiet presence behind the counter.
