EPISODE CONTEXT
As the thirteenth and final episode, this serves as the grand convergence point for every timeline and character arc the series has meticulously layered since episode one. Following episode twelve's escalation with Firo and the Gandor brothers' brush with assassination, this finale resolves the Flying Pussyfoot incident, the 1930 immortality storyline, and the present-day threads simultaneously. While it provides meaningful closure for most characters, it deliberately leaves certain doors open, setting up the three subsequent OVA specials that extend the story.
