Rozemyne’s creativity here is really great and funny at the same time. The voice actors had smooth, captivating performances, and the surprise guest made it even better. The funny cliffhanger at the end was a clever touch! It’s exciting to see her planning pay off so well. Can’t wait for more! 😅
Ascendance of a Bookworm: Adopted Daughter of an Archduke

Synopsis
A die-hard book lover reincarnated into a medieval fantasy world, Myne finds herself in a society with no books — or at least, none that a commoner like her could ever afford. The previous seasons followed her clawing her way from poverty, inventing paper and printing from scratch, all because she just really, really wants to read. Now in this third arc, things have escalated. After a dangerous run-in with a noble, Myne has to leave her family behind and start over as "Rozemyne," the adopted daughter of an archduke. So she's gone from a sickly commoner kid to navigating the cutthroat world of noble society — etiquette lessons, magical training, political maneuvering — while still trying to run a temple orphanage and, of course, make books happen for everyone. The appeal here is how grounded and detailed everything feels. The world-building around medieval class systems, economics, and technology is genuinely thoughtful, and Rozemyne's drive to change her world through knowledge rather than combat gives the whole thing a different rhythm than most isekai. If you liked the slow-burn world-building of Spice and Wolf or the careful political layers in Mushoku Tensei, this scratches a similar itch. It's also got some of that Akagami no Shirayuki-hime energy — a determined protagonist earning her place in a world that wasn't built for her. Wit Studio is handling this season, which is a promising sign for the production side. If you want fantasy that's more about persistence than power scaling, this is your show.

Quick Takes
View all 107 takesThis episode shows how successful Rozemyne's fundraising event was. Although they almost got busted at the end, they made it through without any issues and raised a large amount of funds. It's really funny at the end, where all the girls, even the married ones, still have an interest in the person in the centre of the event, and just this part, but it's already funny and exciting for the next episode.
totally enjoyed this episode! the comedy felt so incredibly natural and genuinely funny. seeing her father randomly jump in to do fan service alongside ferdinand was such a pleasant surprise. i have absolutely no complaints today
