EPISODE CONTEXT
This is the series' opening chapter — nothing precedes it, and everything flows from it. 'Memories of Heavenly Wings' establishes the central conflict between humanity and the Shadow Angels while planting the first seeds of Apollo and Silvia's intertwined destinies. It feeds directly into Episode 2, 'Beast of Darkness,' where the consequences of this introduction begin to sharpen and the characters are pushed further into their roles.
