Inside, surrounded by echoes of history, Uro challenges Yuta's modern ideals of altruism, viewing it as weakness. Their tense exchange reveals a chasm of centuries, a clash between ancient power and contemporary purpose.

Their standoff is shattered by a pillar of blue light, a Granite Blast fired by Ryu Ishigori, another powerful Heian-era sorcerer. The devastating attack tears through the city, forcing both Yuta and Uro to dodge. Ishigori, observing from a distant rooftop, declares his boredom with lesser opponents, hungering for a true challenge. His arrival turns a duel into a three-way entanglement, complicating Yuta's already perilous situation.

Yuta engages Ishigori in a high-speed chase, dodging relentless energy blasts that pulverize the environment. Ishigori's cursed energy output is monstrous, each blow feeling like a cannon shot.
