Yandere Dark Elf: She Chased Me All the Way From Another World!
Oshimeter
Synopsis
After getting isekai'd, defeating the Demon Lord, and promising to marry a dark elf named Mariabelle, Hinata Sunohara got yeeted back to Earth without so much as a goodbye. Classic hero stuff. Except Mariabelle isn't the type to just move on. One month later, she literally tracks him across dimensions and shows up in his bedroom, ready to start their happily ever after whether he's prepared for it or not. This 12-episode TV series from Studio Elias flips the usual isekai formula on its head. Instead of a regular person fumbling through a fantasy world, you get a fantasy character fumbling through modern Japan — except this one has yandere-level attachment issues and zero understanding of personal boundaries. The comedy comes from Mariabelle being simultaneously terrifying and endearing as she tries to adapt to everyday life while clinging to Hinata with an iron grip. Think cohabitation comedy meets supernatural fish-out-of-water, with a heavy dose of ecchi thrown in. If you liked the reverse isekai vibe of The Devil is a Part-Timer or the "fantasy creature moves in and won't leave" energy of Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, this hits a similar groove but leans harder into the possessive romance angle. It's got some of that Uncle from Another World DNA too, where the fun is watching worlds collide in the most mundane ways possible. Light, comedic, and pretty self-aware about what it is.
