📖 SYNOPSIS

Set during the Second Sino-Japanese War, "Xi Bai Po 2: Yingxiong Wang Er Xiao" depicts the conflict's brutality in rural China. The story centers on Nangunlong, a village in Hebei Province, and the arrival of the Japanese army. When the invaders become lost, they seek directions from Wang Er Xiao, a thirteen-year-old cowboy. Driven by a desire to avenge his parents' deaths and safeguard his fellow villagers, Wang Er Xiao feigns cooperation. He cunningly leads the Japanese soldiers, unaware of the impending danger, towards a pre-arranged ambush orchestrated by the Chinese army.
