Green Leaves Entertainment, a talent agency in dire straits, struggles with a complete lack of talent. President Junko Tange, seeking a solution, sets her sights on the idol singer market. She orders Matsuda, her employee, to assemble a girl group, even if it means starting from scratch. This task proves challenging, as Matsuda must find girls with the necessary skills who are not already signed to other agencies.

His search leads him to various potential candidates: a girl working at a maid café, a lead singer previously dismissed from another group, and even a 13-year-old.
