📖 SYNOPSIS
The anime follows the story of Golion, a powerful robot who was punished for his arrogance and abuse of power. He was split into five lion robots by a divine being. In 1999, five young men return to a ravaged Earth after a space voyage, only to encounter the alien Galra. They are then transported to the planet Altea, where they learn the five lion robots are in hibernation. The youths must find and unite the lions, as they are the only hope for humanity. Their goal is to form Golion, the combined robot, and fight against the Galra threat. The series explores themes of responsibility, teamwork, and the consequences of unchecked power.
