Neither wants to admit they're nervous, and neither is totally sure what the other actually wants. That tension is where this one-episode OVA from 2001 lives. It's not really about the physical stuff as much as it is about two people trying to figure out if they're on the same page without actually just asking. The emotional back-and-forth feels surprisingly grounded for the genre — there's actual character work here, not just a thin excuse for content. If you've watched something like Nana & Kaoru and appreciated when hentai bothers to build a real dynamic between its leads, this scratches a similar itch. It's short, it's intimate in more than one sense, and it treats its characters like they have actual inner lives. Don't go in expecting a complex narrative — it's one episode, based on a manga, and it knows exactly what it is.
