馃摉 SYNOPSIS
"Transformers: Scramble City" begins with a recap of the Transformers' arrival on Earth and the story of Devastator. The main narrative then focuses on the Autobots' construction of the powerful Scramble City, a project overseen by the newly arrived Ultra Magnus. As the Autobots work on their new city, the Decepticons learn of its existence. They deploy their combiner robots to launch an assault on the Autobots. This leads to a large-scale battle between the Autobots and the Decepticons, with their respective combiner robots clashing in a struggle for dominance. The OVA centers on the conflict between the two factions and the construction of a new Autobot stronghold.
