The Villainess Is Adored by the Prince of the Neighbor Kingdom
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Tiararose Lapis Clementille remembers her past life right before everything goes wrong. She's not the heroine of the otome game she once played — she's the villainess, the one who gets publicly humiliated and dumped at the graduation ceremony. And sure enough, her fiancé Prince Hartknights stands up in front of everyone, accuses her of crimes she didn't commit, breaks off their engagement, and announces he's choosing the game's actual heroine instead. It's the exact scripted downfall she remembers from the game, and there's nothing she can do to stop it. But here's where the story goes off-script: before Tiararose can be exiled, a prince from a neighboring kingdom — Aquasteed Marineforest — steps in, confesses he's been in love with her, and proposes on the spot. The rest of this 12-episode TV series follows their relationship as Tiararose figures out who she actually is outside of a role the game assigned her. It's got that cozy, romantic fantasy vibe where the tension comes more from political maneuvering and personal growth than action scenes. If you liked My Next Life as a Villainess for the isekai-into-an-otome-game setup but wanted something more focused on the romance, this is that. Fans of I'm in Love with the Villainess or The World of Otome Games is Tough for Mobs will recognize the genre, but this one leans fully into the shoujo side — soft, character-driven, and genuinely sweet without being hollow about it.
