If you've seen Yosuga no Sora or Aki Sora and are already comfortable with that territory, this sits in the same general space — taboo dynamics handled with a certain emotional seriousness rather than pure shock value. Koi Kaze is a tonal cousin too, though this is shorter and less heavy. Being a hentai OVA, the content is explicit, so go in knowing that. But if you're specifically looking for something that pairs that explicitness with actual character focus rather than just skipping straight to scenes, this puts in more effort than most entries in the genre.
