Synopsis
Dispatched by the Church into a city that's already lost, Sister Rabiane is facing something far beyond salvation. Kessaria has been overrun by monsters — not the kind you fight off and move on from, but the kind that make you question whether survival is even the point anymore. Armed with a short sword and a bow with limited ammo, she pushes through dark forests and abandoned streets, and the game is rigged against her from the start. This two-episode OVA doesn't pretend otherwise. The horror atmosphere is the whole experience, and Majin leans into it hard with a distinctive pixel art style that somehow makes everything feel more unsettling, not less. The lo-fi aesthetic gives it this grimy, oppressive texture that polished animation just wouldn't deliver the same way. The soundtrack does heavy lifting too — it's the kind of score that makes silence feel threatening. If you've seen Demon Beast Invasion or anything in that darker survival-horror hentai lane, you know the general territory. This sits closer to Bible Black in terms of tone — more dread, less titillation as the primary driver. It's adapted from a game with actual combat mechanics, and that survival-horror DNA carries over into how the story is structured. Rabiane isn't a power fantasy. She's outmatched, and the OVA makes sure you feel that. Not an easy watch, but if dark, horror-adjacent hentai with genuine atmosphere is your thing, this delivers exactly what it's going for.
