Setsuna Kai's life takes an unexpected turn when he relocates to a new city due to family matters. His arrival is marked by a strange event: a rain of rocks. He narrowly avoids being crushed by a massive boulder, but his new apartment is not so fortunate, being completely destroyed. Overwhelmed and unsure of his next steps, Setsuna is approached by Dr. Hiromi Kaname, a scientist. Dr. Kaname's equipment identifies Setsuna as a "Devil Child," leading the scientist to invite him to his laboratory. This encounter sets the stage for Setsuna's introduction to a world he never knew existed, hinting at a deeper mystery surrounding his identity and the events unfolding around him.
