Shibuya♡Hachi Part 3
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Right in the heart of Shibuya, one of Tokyo's most hectic neighborhoods, a dog named Hachi lives his best mischievous life — and honestly that's about all the premise you need. This is the third part of the Shibuya♡Hachi series, and it picks right up with Hachi and his owner — a young woman just trying to get through city life — stumbling into one absurd situation after another. Early on, Hachi wreaks havoc in a local café and somehow ends up going viral on social media, which is both very funny and weirdly realistic. Each episode is its own little self-contained comedy sketch, so you can watch it casually without needing to track a complicated plot. Nippon Animation gives the show a distinctive visual style that really captures the energy of Shibuya — bright, loud, and a little overwhelming in the best way. The dynamic between Hachi and his owner carries a genuine warmth underneath all the silliness, which keeps it from feeling disposable. If you enjoyed the cozy slice-of-life vibes of something like YouTuNya or the gentle, everyday charm of Kawaranai Mono, this fits right in that lane. It's 13 episodes of a dog causing problems in a big city, and sometimes that's exactly the kind of low-stakes, feel-good comedy you want after a long day. Nothing heavy, nothing complicated — just a good dog being chaotic in Shibuya.
