When his classmate Mina walks up and proposes something he definitely wasn't expecting, regular high school student Tomohiro's world is upended — not a date, not a confession, just a no-strings physical arrangement. She wants a sexfriend, and somehow he ends up saying yes. Most of their time together happens in the school nurse's office, with the nurse Taeko being surprisingly accommodating about the whole situation. It's a setup that sounds simple on paper, but the interesting part is watching Tomohiro realize pretty quickly that keeping feelings out of something like this is harder than it sounds. He starts wanting more than what they agreed to, and that tension between what the arrangement is versus what he actually wants gives the two-episode OVA a bit more going on emotionally than you might expect from the premise. The animation holds up well for a 2004 release, and the character designs are detailed enough to keep things visually engaging throughout. If you've seen Boku ni Sexfriend ga Dekita Riyuu or Campus and appreciated that blend of explicit content with some actual character-driven tension underneath, this fits comfortably in that same space. It's not trying to be a deep drama, but it does more with its setup than just going through the motions. Short, direct, and honest about what it is — worth the runtime if the premise already has your attention.
