📖 SYNOPSIS
The anime unfolds on the day before summer vacation, when an entire first-year class of boys from a Tokyo middle school mysteriously disappears. The adults are left to speculate: was it an accident or a kidnapping? The truth is far more rebellious. The boys have taken refuge in an abandoned factory located on the riverbed. With the support of the schoolgirls, they establish a "liberation zone," initiating a revolution against the adult world. The story combines elements of mystery as the adults try to understand the boys' actions, with social satire as the boys challenge the established order. The setting is a downtown Tokyo middle school and the surrounding area.
