Synopsis
Born into nobility, Lorna Hermit awakens an SSS-rank ability and immediately gets thrown out of her house for it. The ability is called 'Internet,' and nobody in her fantasy world has any idea what that means — so they assume it's worthless and cut her off without a second thought. They're wrong, obviously, but watching Lorna figure that out herself is where the fun begins. Turns out having access to infinite information in a world where nobody else does is about as close to cheating as you can get. Item locations, rare equipment, strategies — she can look all of it up while everyone else is still fumbling around in the dark. The show leans hard into comedy, especially in those early episodes where Lorna is broke, hungry, and slowly piecing together that she accidentally has one of the most powerful skills in existence. It has the same underdog-finds-their-footing energy as KonoSuba or The Rising of the Shield Hero, without the heavy drama of the latter. If you liked That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime's vibe of a protagonist quietly becoming overpowered through cleverness rather than brute strength, this scratches a similar itch. It is a light novel adaptation from Studio Bridge and Aisle, airing in 2026, and the premise alone is creative enough to make it worth checking out.
