📖 SYNOPSIS
After a rebellion shatters the government in Tokyo's Akatsuki Special Ward, the city descends into chaos. Amidst the turmoil, individuals known as Scard rise to prominence. These agents possess Divine Tattoos, each granting them unique and powerful abilities. They dedicate themselves to protecting the remaining citizens and restoring order.
However, the Scard are not united. They are loyal to three distinct and contending organizations, each with their own ideals and methods. This division creates conflict, forcing the Scard to confront not only the criminals plaguing the ward but also each other.
