Synopsis
Possessing one very specific and very dangerous ability — the power to hypnotize anyone into doing whatever he wants — high school student Hajime Tanaka doesn't waste it on anything mundane. Instead of using this for something mundane, he talks his way into a government appointment as an official 'Sex Counsellor,' which gives him legal authority over the romantic lives of every couple around him. Every pair has to go through his counseling before they can be intimate — and since he's running the sessions, the rules are entirely his to define. The first couple we follow is Yui and Daiki, and things get uncomfortable fast. Don't go in expecting anything subtle — this is a 6-episode OVA from studio T-Rex that leans hard into themes of control and manipulation, and it does not pull punches about what that looks like. The hypnosis framing is genuinely an interesting premise, even if where it goes is provocative by design. If you've watched things like Bible Black or Shoujo Sect and you know what you're getting into with that corner of the genre, this fits that same space. It's not trying to be something it isn't — it's explicit, it's built around a power-fantasy setup, and the whole premise is designed to make you uncomfortable in a way that feels intentional. Go in with eyes open.
