📖 SYNOPSIS
"Rainbow Fireflies" follows Yuuta, a 12-year-old boy still coping with the loss of his father in a traffic accident a year prior. During summer vacation, he revisits a deserted dam deep within the mountains, a place where he shared cherished memories with his father. A sudden thunderstorm strikes, causing Yuuta to slip and lose consciousness. When he awakens, he finds himself in an unfamiliar village and in the company of a girl. The storm has transported him 30 years into the past, to a village that would later be submerged by the dam's construction. This journey becomes a poignant exploration of Yuuta's memories and a different kind of summer vacation.
