📖 SYNOPSIS
This OVA introduces the character of Heizou Hasegawa, known as the "Demonic Heizou," a figure feared by criminals during the Edo Period. The story unfolds as a young man delves into the life of Heizou, seeking to understand the man behind the legend. He does so by gathering stories and perspectives from individuals who knew and admired Heizou, including Kumehachi, Hikojuu, and Omasa.
