Mr. Dough and the Egg Princess

📖 SYNOPSIS

Deep within a forest of briers and brambles, a lonesome water mill serves as the domain of Baba Yaga, a witch who keeps the Egg Princess as her servant. The tiny egg-girl is forced to perform all the arduous chores around the mill. One night, under the spell of Joe Hisaishi's arrangement of Vivaldi's La Folia, a large batch of kneaded dough mysteriously comes to life. Terrified of the witch, the Egg Princess and her newly awakened dough companion decide to run away from their confined life. The film explores themes of freedom, friendship, and escape from oppression, all set against the backdrop of a magical, yet potentially dangerous, forest. Their journey promises challenges and an uncertain future.
