Mini Link Click
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Running a small photo studio with a very unusual service, Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang can actually step inside photographs and experience the moments captured in them. A client brings in an old picture, and the two of them dive in to help — reliving memories, uncovering buried truths, or just giving someone closure on something they lost. It sounds gentle, and honestly, a lot of it is. But the more they meddle with other people's pasts, the more complicated things get. This ONA spin-off from the Link Click universe catches up with the duo after some unspecified rough events, settling back into their everyday rhythm in a new city — warmer in tone, lighter on its feet, but with that same undercurrent of emotional weight the main series built its reputation on. If you enjoyed Erased for the way it wraps time-travel around quiet, personal grief, or The Girl Who Leapt Through Time for its balance of warmth and consequence, this sits comfortably in that same space. The Chinese animation here is fluid and expressive, and the dynamic between the two leads carries the whole thing — they genuinely feel like people who have been through something together. It's not trying to be epic. It's more like sitting in a coffee shop and listening to someone walk you through a photograph they found in a drawer.
