📖 SYNOPSIS
In a near-future setting, the discovery of Photon Power, derived from ore found under Mt. Fuji, promises to revolutionize energy. However, the mad Dr. Hell desires this power for world domination, commanding an army of mechanical beasts unearthed from ancient Greece. He, along with his subordinates Baron Ashura, Count Brocken, and Viscount Pygman, attacks the Photon Power Lab. Facing this threat is the young and passionate Kabuto Kouji, who pilots Mazinger Z, a Photon Powered robot built by his grandfather. As they clash, the series delves into the mysteries surrounding the Mycenaean Civilization, Bardos Island, and the secrets of Mazinger Z itself. This is a reimagining of the classic mecha story.
