馃摉 SYNOPSIS
Set in Tokyo, 2017, three years before the 2020 Olympics, "Master of Torque" unfolds amidst the city's highway renovations. Hyuga Corp., a leader in artificial muscle fiber technology, secretly develops powered suits to enhance human abilities, aiming for industry domination. Dan Amo, a seemingly ordinary salaryman who finds solace in motorcycling, becomes involved. Freelance journalist Makina Mikage investigates the company's activities, often pursuing mysterious riders in black suits. Kotaro Hyuga, the heir to the Hyuga Corp. presidency, also enters the scene. As the city prepares for the Games, the fates of these three individuals intertwine, hinting at a larger conflict surrounding the company's ambitions and the future of human augmentation. The series explores themes of corporate power, technological advancement, and the pursuit of personal freedom.
