📖 SYNOPSIS
Ureshiko Asaba, a 26-year-old married woman, leads a double life as the magical girl Agnes, protector of her town. Her world is thrown into turmoil with the arrival of Sayaka Kurenai, also known as Cruje, a magical girl designated as Agnes's successor. However, Cruje's mission is to destroy the town and its inhabitants, a secret Agnes desperately wants to prevent. Adding to her struggles, Ureshiko grapples with a growing distance from her husband, Tamotsu, and burgeoning feelings for Tatsumi Kagura, a young tenant living in her home. Furthermore, Agnes must avoid kissing a human, as doing so would strip her of her magical abilities, making her task of protecting the town even more difficult. The series explores themes of duty, sacrifice, and the complexities of love and relationships.
