馃摉 SYNOPSIS
Set during the Russo-Japanese War in 1904, "Lime-iro Senkitan" follows Umakai Shintaro, a former Russian diplomat now teaching at a girls' academy in Sapporo. This academy, however, is no ordinary school; it's located on the Amanohara, a flying ship aiding the Japanese army. Shintaro's students are the Raimu Unit, five girls with the ability to summon powerful beings.
As their teacher and general, Shintaro guides the girls, helping them overcome their weaknesses and hone their skills for the final stand at Lushun, the Russian base. The series explores the girls' journey to become stronger, while also delving into the motives of the "Russian Spiritual Corps," a group assisting the enemy, which includes a member known to Shintaro. The anime blends war, supernatural elements, and the development of the Raimu Unit.
