📖 SYNOPSIS

Kumi to Tulip tells the story of Kumi, a child residing in a vibrant city filled with towering skyscrapers and advanced technology where robots are commonplace. Her usual playground is a garden near one of these futuristic buildings; a space featuring a man-made fountain, artificial flora, and digital butterflies. One day, Kumi encounters an elderly gentleman who regularly visits the park to paint the artificial flowers. He shares a remarkable discovery with her: a single, naturally growing tulip blooming amongst the artificial plants. Intrigued, Kumi and the old man decide to jointly care for this unique and precious flower as it continues to grow. Their shared endeavor becomes a touching narrative of connection and appreciation for the unexpected beauty found even in a technologically dominated environment. The film is a gentle exploration of human interaction and the value of nature in a futuristic world.
