📖 SYNOPSIS
Set in 2039, where helper androids are a common technology, "Kowarekake no Orgel" follows Keiichiro, a musician who retreated from his band after losing his family. He discovers an old, broken android in a garbage dump. Initially intending to discard her after learning she's beyond repair, he's surprised to find her making breakfast the next morning. This sets the stage for their summer together. The story explores the relationship between the memory-less android and the dreamless boy, highlighting themes of loss, companionship, and the unexpected connections that can form in a technologically advanced world. The OVA was later adapted into a longer theatrical release.
