📖 SYNOPSIS
"Jungle Kurobee" tells the story of Urobe, the son of a great chief from Pyrimi, Africa. Through an unforeseen journey, he finds himself in Japan after clinging to an airplane. Suffering from cold and hunger, he collapses in the yard of Shishio's house. Shishio takes him in and nurses him back to health. Deeply appreciative of Shishio's compassion, Kurobe vows to return the favor. His method of expressing gratitude is unique: he begins digging a large hole in the yard. Each time he feels he has repaid Shishio's kindness, he throws a stone into the hole, with the intention of filling it completely. The anime explores the themes of gratitude, cultural exchange, and the lengths one will go to show appreciation.
