📖 SYNOPSIS
"Joe vs Joe" follows Joe Yuki, a renowned DJ in Shibuya who secretly leads gangs. Driven by a traumatic past, Joe harbors a deep-seated hatred for "weaklings" and believes winning is the only path to survival. His cool exterior masks a fierce determination. One night, witnessing an old man being taunted by a bully known as "the human punching bag," Joe is reminded of his own childhood and parents. Overcome with emotion, he impulsively challenges the bully to a fight. However, Joe is defeated, and his pride is utterly destroyed. This defeat forces him to confront his own vulnerabilities and the foundations of his worldview. The anime explores themes of pride, weakness, and the impact of past trauma.
