The year is 1939 C.E., and the imperialist nation of Germania has initiated a war that quickly engulfs Europe. The conflict spreads, and by 1940, the Principality of Eylstadt, a small country nestled in the Alps, becomes the target of Germania's aggression. This nation is known for its beautiful water and lush greenery. The story centers on a witch who has pledged her loyalty to the princess of Eylstadt. Bound by her promise, the witch prepares to fight for the princess and defend the principality against the invading forces.
